When I was hunting for lizards, I saw a little brown anole. I tried to catch him. I got really close. But he ran away before I could catch him. I did not like that I did not get to catch him. But I didn't get hurt, or anything like that. He was a very pretty little lizard. He had a lightish streak of brownish whitish down his back, with zig-zag on the side. The rest of him was normal brown. He had a pretty little dewlap. I liked him a lot.
We have quite a few lizards in our yard. Michael always tries to catch them but they're too fast. One day Jake caught one and let Michael pet it. Then they let it go again.
